# What to expect as a BNI visitor

Your first **BNI visitor** experience should feel welcoming and structured. Here is what happens at BNI Dabbers.

## Arrival and timing

We meet every **Thursday** from **06:45 to 08:30** at **Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa**, Weston Road, Haslington, Crewe, CW1 6UZ — a short drive from Nantwich, Sandbach and much of Cheshire East.

Arrive from 06:45. The visitor host team will greet you and explain the agenda.

## Meeting agenda

Expect open networking, formal start, member introductions, education, referrals and closing announcements.

## After the meeting

Stay for conversation if you can. You will receive follow-up about membership options if you are interested — no hard sell on the day.
